Job requirements

• Bachelor Degree Holder in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 20 years of relevant project experience in structural design for bridge/viaduct; inclusive of 10 years as a managerial role
• Candidate should possess experience in the design of vehicular structures and road projects of similar scale & complexity to our project
• Technical expertise and knowledge in bridges, concrete structures and viaduct design is essential for this position
• Proficient with all stages of the development cycle for Design and Build projects.
• Proficient in various structural analysis software application, MIDAS is essential
• Strong background in project management

• Overall responsible for the planning and execution of M&E activities during construction project.
• Adhere compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards for M&E systems.
• Liaise with consultants, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop detailed M&E plans and specifications.
• Handle the M&E subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring quality workmanship and timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Supervise progress and performance of M&E works, identifying any deviations or issues and implementing corrective measures.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• At least 7 years working as a M&E Manager experience in Building Construction/Hospital Building Project.
• Familiar with building codes, regulations, and safety standards related to M&E installations.
• Good knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical distribution, and fire protection.

· To explore on tender opportunities and update on tender listing on weekly basis to management for review

· To highlight on potential tenders from the market to senior management

Job Scope :

• Repair and redecoration works for hdb or/and condominium;
• Onsite planning and managing of site teams;
• Project Management, including effective cost, time and quality control, manpower planning, Material Take Off & etc;
• Overall project schedule and expertise to meet project objectives and deliverables;
• Involve in negotiation with subcontractors and suppliers with commercial personnel where necessary;

Spec item 2.7.1.2 Quality Manager - Singapore Base Operating Contract

• The Contractor shall provide a Quality Manager or designated alternate who shall be on-site at all times when the Contractor is performing work during the Government's regular working hours and shall be available on-site within two hours after the Government’s regular working hours.
• The Quality Manager or designated alternate shall report directly to a senior corporate official and shall not report directly to the Project Manager.
• The Quality Manager or designated alternate shall have fulfilled the following pre-requisite training and experiences before being hired as the Quality Manager under this contract:
• The Quality Manager or designated alternate shall have a current CMQ/OE certification and at least five years of experience in preparing and enforcing QMS programs on contracts of similar size, scope and complexity. The Quality Manager or designated alternate shall not be the same person as the SSHO.

Overall execution and completion of the project

• Prepare and monitor the Master and Short-term Construction Programmes of the project

• Ensuring the implementation of safety regulations and good housekeeping practice at site

The HR & Admin Department is headed by the Senior Manager who reports to the Directors (Managing Director & Executive Director) and is responsible for the following:

• Overall control of the human resource & administrative functions of the group of companies

• Formulate & develop human resource policies and practices within the group of companies

• Develop career path and set the salary range for each position

• Approval of payroll payments

The Senior Manager of the HR & Admin Department will be assisted by the HR & Admin Manager and Assistant HR Manager.
