Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the project manager and team members to plan, organize, and execute construction projects from start to finish.
• Conduct site visits to assess project progress, identify potential issues, and ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Prepare and review project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates to monitor and control project expenses.
• Supervise construction activities, including site preparation, foundation work, structural installations, and finishing touches.
• Conduct quality inspections and implement corrective measures to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to address inquiries, provide updates, and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in project management or construction engineering role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Job Descriptions:

· Be responsible for the planning, scheduling, controlling and coordinating of building services related works in terms of preventive / breakdown / Maintenance & Electrical Works.

· To lead a team of supervisors & workers to carry out their works accurately and timely and to ensure that works on site are carried out according to client requirement.

· Liaise and hold meetings with clients, managing agent & sub-contractor to ensure that all requirements by clients and relevant authorities are adhered.

· Monitor, track, and provide timely project progress reports to the management.

· Able to handle feedback from client positively and close the loop via email

· Able to write incident report upon collecting ground information.

Job Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Mechanical & Engineering (Electrical/ Electronic), project & facilities management, building services engineering, mechanical engineering or equivalent.

· Diploma holders with relevant facilities management, M&E experience are also welcome to apply.

· Good knowledge of M&E coordination.

· Electrical and ACMV design capability would be an added advantage.

· Committed, positive attitude & able to handle projects independently.

· Good team player with ability to lead and multi-task.

· At least 2 year(s) of local working experience in the related field is required for this position.
