• Handle and maintain the AP & GL of the account.
• Responsible for the month-end closing process.

• Responsible for ferrying of staff and dispatch works as assigned
• Ensure timely collections and deliveries of goods / items
• Ensure cleanliness and general upkeep of vehicles at all times
• Perform routine inspection of vehicle and notify of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• To perform work according to health and safety regulations
• Ensure safety practices and housekeeping is to maintained to the highest standard
• To perform Ad-Hoc duties as per assigned

Requirements:

• Class 3 / 4 Driving License
• Familiar with Singapore route
• Min 2years of relevant experience

· Handling full set accounting services such as preparing monthly payment, Management Report, Submission and Tax Reporting

· Handle full set account for Singapore & Hong Kong Accounts

· Ensure timely and accurate report submission

· Liaise with External Auditors on external audit & finalisation of audited accounts for statutory purpose

· Perform other ad-hoc as assigned by Management
