Responsibilities:

• Planning and supervision of the Comprehensive Management Program;
• Formulate maintenance procedure and policies and facility emergency plans
• Promote good relations with the stakeholders, such as the Authority staff, Landlord(s) etc.
• Liaise and coordinate with sub-contractors and ensure their maintenance works/service deliverables are completed on time and as per contract requirements and agreed KPIs.
• Submit proposal and project management services for Addition & Alteration (A&A) works; Improvements and/or Upgrading works; or Repair and Replacement works to the building, M&E Systems and facilities as and when required by the Authority.
• Manage projects and improvement works
• Advise the Authority on the compliance with all Fire Safety requirements and address any related queries.
• Prepare and justify for variation of works if any and to verify and certify all works completion.
• Ensure compliance to all statutory requirements

Requirements:

• Degree in Building/Facilities/Estate Management/M&E Engineering from a recognized university with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Building/Facilities Management or with at least 10 years relevant working experience as Property Manager if without the required paper qualifications.
• A certified Fire Safety Manager

Job Descriptions

1. Review and check structural rebar shop drawings to ensure details are in bound with the design criteria and specification.
2. Produce layout and detail engineering drawings for civil and structural engineering works in accordance to design criteria and specifications.
3. Update, coordinate and perform design drafting activities as required and prioritize according to site works flow.
4. Check and verify drawings for conformity and accuracy through coordination to avoid potential problems and conflicts among all disciplines.
5. Ensure accuracy of all drawings as per actual site conditions
6. Provide necessary action to solve problems encountered on site
7. Prepare site design amendments (SDA) to be issued for construction upon approval.
8. Coordinate and liaise with production team, architectural/building information modelling (BIM) team, MEP (combined services drawing), consultants and subcontractors to ensure details to be provided are in order.
9. Provide requested information, check Bar Bending schedules, Rebar details and sketches needed on site.
10. Perform 3D modelling when needed to provide more accurate and clear details for site use only.
11. Monitor shop drawing progress and provide support to production team.
12. Visit site and collect data to determine the best possible design.

Job Requirement

1. Diploma / Degree in Architecture / Structure / MEP or its equivalent
2. With relevant working experience in PPVC Construction Industry will be preference
3. Knowledge of BIM Requirements in Singapore standard.
4. AutoCAD – for drawing linkage and clean-up
5. A team player with sense of responsibility
