Requirements :

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is an advantage.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Experience in managing work pass applications, foreign worker regulations, and office administration is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
• Preferred to have working experience in Construction Industry ;
• Proficiency in HR software and systems.
