Assist the Residence Manager / Property Executive on the day-to-day operation and maintenance of common areas and all matters related to the maintenance management of common property. He is responsible for the effective supervision, training, guidance and motivation of the on-site technician(s) under the team.

What do we expect from you?

Under the general guidelines of the Director of Sales, the Sales Manager solicits transient and group business that enables Mondrian Singapore Duxton to meet and/or exceed set revenue goals in rooms, events, meetings, conferences and food and beverage.

The Sales department is responsible for selling the hotel and providing a relationship-oriented atmosphere for the client, who would book business into the hotel. The Sales Manager will have a defined sales territory, market segment(s), account list and/or may partner in a job-sharing setting. Their primary function is to book business from their prospecting and solicitation efforts and respond to inquiries. Based on assigned territory and market segment, it’s expected that a significant portion of time be devoted to new business development.

• Solicit new and existing accounts to meet/exceed revenue goals through telephone solicitation, outside sales calls, site inspections and written communication

• When appropriate, and with agreement with the DOSM, to attend major travel functions (trade shows, associations) that deal specifically with their marketing responsibility
• Plans sales trips, under the direct approval of the DOS, to major marketing areas, calling on accounts within their specific marketing area
• As directed, compile and input market intelligence information to the Sales Information Management system
• Develop and maintain knowledge of market trends, competition and customers
• Actively promote and produce sales leads for other sister hotels and for in house sales staff
• Establishes and maintain files on major active accounts within their marketing area/segment(s)

Responsibilities

• Be the APAC marketing owner defining a short- and long-term GTM strategy for Work Dynamics Technology solutions, owning and executing optimal marketing programs and delivering against this strategy;
• Define geo-specific marketing plans that support the regional sales strategy; developing and implementing new and existing customer pipeline creation and acceleration sales plays and programs jointly with sales, field marketing, partners, and subject-matter experts;

• Help APAC technology sellers and business development teams with content conceptualisation and creation for email nurture campaigns, talk tracks, webinars, live events etc. Interlock to create consistent experience across marketing and outbound prospecting campaigns
• Produce and manage a regional/field marketing calendar that includes regional/local activations, paid/earned media, and support around regional/national campaigns (in-reach/outreach).
• Collaborate with regional/global marketing COEs to develop metrics to measure the success of marketing programs. This includes benchmarked ROI metrics by working with the sales and demand generation teams, managing, and analysing campaign data in Salesforce.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing and program effectiveness through better audience.
• Manage regional/field marketing budget including, but not limited to local partnerships, sponsorships, brand ambassador labor, media spend etc. working closely with field marketing teams.
• Complete quarterly budget reviews and ROI analysis; pivot strategy to align with findings. Segmentation, account targeting, messaging, marketing techniques, PR, and processes.
• Communicate and educate the sales team regarding new and planned marketing activities, including global, regional, and local programs.
• Providing intel and market intelligence from different markets/industries in terms of audience pain points/trends. Conduct relevant market scans/industry sizing prior to running campaigns/BDR out reaches.
• Interface with sales to determine sales enablement needs, and work with sales enablement team to develop tools, training, and content.
• Evaluate, select, and work with vendors to help translate goals into deliverables and results.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Duty Manager position at Mondrian Singapore Duxton. The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring guest satisfaction. They will handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise. The Duty Manager will also manage the front desk and supervise the team, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.

• Take ownership and responsibility for Duty Management shifts
• Record in the Duty Log all/any incidents that occur in the hotel and follow up with the Front Office Director and/or Hotel Manager
