• Collaborate with stakeholders within R&D PV QA, as well as outside of R&D PV QA, such as procurement, finance, legal (as applicable), R&D, Clinical Safety and Pharmacovigilance (CSPV), Medical Affairs, Market Access, Non-clinical Research, and IT to ensure consistent implementation of the GxP vendor quality program across Daiichi Sankyo group companies.
• Continuously assess existing practices and identify areas that need refinement and/or areas to archive a fit-for-purpose GxP vendor quality program in the Daiichi Sankyo group.
• Ensure that GxP vendor qualification status is current, periodically review the risk category of all existing GxP vendors, and prioritize them to be included in the Master Audit Schedule for the subsequent fiscal year.
• Collaborate with stakeholders within R&D PV QA, Legal, and business functions to ensure QA agreements are established for all critical GxP vendors.

Core responsibilities

• Vendor Qualification and Management
• Lead the qualification process for new GxP vendors, including Contract Research Organizations (CROs), Clinical Laboratories, GLP Laboratories, GxP IT computerized system/software vendors, Pharmacovigilance (PV) third parties, etc.
• Conduct risk-based assessments and evaluations of vendors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal company standards.
• Manage the approved global vendor list and ensure all vendors are qualified, approved, and monitored according to company policies.
• Vendor Audit and Inspection Support:
• Provide input from an audit focus area perspective to Audit & Compliance during the vendor audit planning stage.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for vendor quality and provide support to the inspection management team before, during, and after the audit and regulatory inspection.
• Compliance and Documentation
• Develop and maintain vendor-related quality agreements, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities for GxP compliance are established.
• Ensure proper documentation of all vendor quality activities, including qualification records, and risk assessments.
• Monitor vendor quality performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Quality Metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including business functions, procurement and legal to align on vendor quality requirement.
• Support the resolution of vendor-related issues that impact quality, data integrity and scientific integrity, timelines or compliance.
• Continuous Improvement
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives related to vendor quality management processes.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a degree related to QA/QC knowledge

• The AD, Sustainable Finance Solutions - Governance (Maternity Cover) will have experience in governance across the Bank. They will have a knowledge of Sustainable Finance and ESG regulatory developments, supervisory standards and best practices including SCB’s standards and processes. Strategy

• Support the risk and controls monitoring of CSO processes and sustainable finance products, with a focus on the set up and running of the CSO Non-Financial Risk committee (NFRC) and other CSO governance committees

General Overview

This position is part of the Instrument, Control and Electrical team that provides maintenance and technical support to the Production, Mechanical and Project teams in the LNG Terminal. This position is responsible for establishing, reviewing and overseeing the relevant instrument & control design of newly build or modified equipment including implementation of minor instrument and control engineering projects, while ensuring the overall technical integrity of the terminal from the instrument & control (I&C) discipline perspective.

Roles and ResponsibilIties

The incumbent shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following scope of tasks and duties:

• Provide technical support and solutions for the Production and Maintenance teams for instrument-related issues
• Liaise closely with Production and Maintenance teams as to how to reduce instrument maintenance costs and increase availability and functionality.
• Liaise with external stakeholder including government agencies on possible gas pipeline network and electrical power grid, instrument and metering interfaces to ensure conformity.
• Prepare and update instrument maintenance procedures for all instruments, PLC, Fire & Gas system, ESD, metering, CCTV and security equipment is up to date
• Conduct root cause analysis for instrument related incident and recommend preventive and corrective actions to prevent future occurrence
• Carry out MOCs project to resolve and improve instrument reliability and operational issues from engineering, construction to commissioning
• Ensure verification, inspection, testing and reporting to management in respect of all electrical and instrument equipment used for maintenance and their certification for use in hazardous areas of the terminal.
• Participate and provide support in execution of maintenance or major equipment turnarounds in the terminal
• Manage functional safety lifecycle of SIS in the Terminal
• Support expansion project from meeting overall facility integrity point of view, ensure smooth integration and any opportunity to leverage with existing Plant is captured
• The incumbent shall also participate in emergency response and may be assigned to a specific role and responsibility for such purpose.

Work Experience

• Minimum eight (8) years practical experience in an instrument & control maintenance / design function in an oil & gas or petrochemical Plant
• Conversant with local codes, regulations and submission procedures, and must possess expert knowledge of electrical & instrument international engineering design
• Experience in functional safety for the process industry as per IEC 61511. Certified functional safety engineer will be an advantage
• Experience in installation, commissioning, maintenance and trouble shooting of a variety of large and complex electrical, instrument and control equipment in the oil, gas or petrochemical industry is required.
• Experience with common PLC programming software and languages and able to troubleshoot third party equipment issues through program debugging. Experience with Siemens PLC will be an advantage

Education

• The candidate must have a good Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Candidate with professional accreditation or affiliation to professional bodies of engineers will have an advantage.
