Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the preparation of project quality system documents
• Responsible for the control of project quality risks
• Responsible for the quality control of the project construction process
• Responsible for the control of project delivery quality documents

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline
• More than 6 years of experience in quality inspection, with experience in quality management of FPSO or FLNG projects
• Familiar with the production processes and construction processes of various professional ship/marine engineering;
• Familiar with classification society specifications such as DNV/ABS/CCS/LR/BV and related industry standards and regulations;
• Good communication skills

Responsibilities

• Perform white box testing, grey box and black box testing
• Perform static code analysis and facilitate code review among developers to identify inconsistencies in coding practices.
• Write Unit tests in C++ using Google Test
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders for the timely resolution of issues
• Improve efficiency and effectiveness of testing process and management
• Enforce coding best practices and communicate recommendations to non-compliance developers.
• Follow through on implementation of QA processes and plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Software quality assurance or software testing.
• Strong working knowledge of C/C++ programming language.
• Prior experience with writing and executing unit tests will be an advantage.
• Familiar with static code analysis tools like SonarQube/SonarCloud.
• Hands-on experience with white box, grey box and black box testing techniques
• Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools like Google Test, code coverage tools like Gcov/Gcovr.
• Experience with issue tracking tools, i.e. JIRA and test management tools.
• Familiar with Ubuntu and Windows
• Experience in working with BitBucket, Visual Studio Code
• Knowledge of Git commands will be an added advantage.

1. Implements Organization’s Quality Management System and Safety Management System to ensure compliance to regulatory requirements.

2.Review & revise Regulatory Exposition Documents, Company Quality Policy, Quality Procedures including the scope of work & capability list periodically as necessary.

3.Review on non-conformances & approve disposition actions.

4.Function as Complaint Coordinator to ensure complaint/feedback been addressed and documented for closure.

5.Conduct System, product and process audits to ensure regulatory/customer requirements compliance. Drive Corrective Action Request (CAR) prompt closure with effective Corrective and Preventive actions.

6.Responsible to in-coming, in-process and out-going processes ensuring product meets specification.

7.Track and monitor quality KPIs and perform trend analysis to identify systemic improvement opportunities.

8.Report performances of the quality system to the management for review and as a basis for improvement of the quality system.

9.Maintain and sustain the effectiveness of ISO-certified

10.Informed of the latest ISO and QSR requirements and updating of Quality Systems documentation.

11.Schedule and perform internal audit activities including management of internal audit team, pre-audit planning, audit execution, evaluation and post-audit follow-up and recommendations.

12.Support 3rd party audit activities including pre-audit planning, audit readiness, and post-audit follow up with external auditor.

13.Review the authorisation of certification on a yearly basis to determine the competency of technical personnel and inspectors.

14.Maintain calibration of measuring equipments.

15.Perform any other duties as directed by the Quality Assurance Manager.

Your Responsibilities: -

• Maintain and update documents and records related to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 13485 systems
• Establish and maintain proper documentation control and distribution
• Conduct internal and external audits
• Liaise with external auditors and certification bodies
• Generate monthly reports
• Review and update Quality Management System procedures
• Ensure system compliance
• Manage internal and external corrective action reports
• Plan and conduct periodic system audits
• Maintain and regularly review calibration and preventive maintenance for instruments and equipment
• Direct and head internal audit programs and recommend improvements for internal audit policies and procedures

Requirements: -

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in QMS and ISO 9001 audit, preferably in manufacturing industries
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 13485 quality system
• Knowledge in preparing FMEA and Control Plans

Position: Quality/Testing Technician
Location: Kallang
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday, with OT availability)
Salary: $3,300 to $3,800 (depending on experience) + AWS
Annual Leave: 15 days for the first 3 years, increases by 1 day annually up to a cap of 18 days

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct testing of items such as cables and wire harnesses for defects
• Complete test reports during the testing of power distribution units
• Hands-on work, including troubleshooting and calibration of equipment
• Manage workflow for project transfer engineering documents
• Perform pin find testing
• Ensure standardization of quality assurance measures for all products and processes
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
