• Responsible for full sets of accounts.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, such as managing asset accounting, creating journal entries, reconciling accounts, and generating year-end financial reports.
• Responsible for complex balance sheets, P&L statements and management reporting.
• Ensure accurate and updated reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis
• Complete bank reconciliations and maintain management schedules.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge and understanding of tax legislation

The Senior Quantity Surveyor is required handles for all cost and contractual issues on Main contract as well as Sub-contracts connected to the project.

View of Summary:

1.Preparation of Monthly Progress claims, variation orders and payments to sub-contractors/main contractor.

2.Managing and handing of project budget & cost control.

3.Coordinator and establish report with consultants, quantity. surveyors, architects, developers, and contractors on certification of claims for payment.

4.Handle/Knowledge Familiar with various stages of projects to source for the most compatible and reasonable priced materials. Able to share new perspectives on cost, orders, and claims.

5. Key Knowledge of understanding of the contractual legal rights, the candidate will be involved in advising the management on their position of the contract from the tender stage.
