Responsibilities:
- Assist stakeholders to identify any unsafe condition or unsafe work practice
- Recommend stakeholders to implement reasonable and practical measure
- Assist in developing and monitoring EHS programme and policies
- Conduct EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) inspection/surveys within Land Systems plants and recommend appropriate corrective measures
- Establish and deliver/communicate EHS deliverables and training
- Assist in the investigations and reporting of accidents/incidents and recommend preventive and correctives measures
- Plan and conduct internal and external audits as per statutory requirements (i.e. ISO 14001 and ISO 45001)
- Monitoring of EHS work plan and objectives
- Plan and coordinate MOM regulatory medical examination(s) and report
- Review and update of EHS documents (i.e. Risk Assessment, Safe Work Procedures, Lifting Plan)
- All other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management
Requirements
- Minimum a Diploma in engineering or equivalent field.
- Registered WSHO (MOM) with at least 3 years of post-registration and practical experience
- Knowledge on manufacturing processes will be an advantage
- Ability to use relevant Microsoft applications for report writing, documents updates, analysis and develop presentation slides for EHS related contents
- Be dynamic, self-motivated, proactive and results-orientated
- Excellent team spirit, strong technical competence and good interpersonal skills
