REQUIREMENTS

A successful candidate will possess: -

• Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent that falls under the MOM acceptable WSH-related qualifications*
• Certification as a Registered MOM WSH Officer
• Proven 2 years of experience in workplace safety, preferably in the rigging or marine industry
• Good knowledge of WSH Act, and rigging industry safety standards and regulations is a plus
• Resilience, self-motivation with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

Job Scope:

Scope of Works:

2. Maintain smooth operations of the Student Management (SM) Centre

(a) Maintain and upkeep the operations and data records at Student Management Centre (include loan and issue of items, lost and found, early leave from school premises, attend to unwell students, update late-coming and attendance records into school data management system, etc.)

(b) Attend to students’ drop in at Student Management Centre during and after school hours and liaise to update teachers/ Year Heads (YH) / Heads of Department (HOD) / School Leaders (SL) when needed

3. Case Management and follow-up

(a) Collaborate with Student Management Team to monitor the development of students sent for disciplinary measures.

(b) Refer and update HOD/ YH/ SL on potential issues related to pupils and school discipline, based on information & personal observation.

(c) Conduct follow-up actions with students offenders after investigations conclude such as monitoring and supervising the completion of assignments, on in-house suspension, afterschool detention, etc.

(d) Daily sign-in/out for students on movement monitoring

(e) Assist HOD and YH to follow up on frequent absentees,

(f) Accompany officers on house calls and home visits.

(g) Assist HOD/SM to liaise with Police/ relevant authorities to verify students’ involvement, and case follow-ups, where needed.

4. Maintain school tone

(a) Work together with other School Management team members and Operations Managers (OM) in ensuring school security and maintaining overall school tone.

(b) Conduct regular monitoring and foot patrolling within and outside school

(c) Active monitoring of non-structured school hours where student masses gather such as recess and after school to prevent disruptive behaviours.

(d) Check on external visitors and liaise with other school officers to attend to visitors’ needs.

5. Other Duties:

(a) Collaborate with relevant HOD/Key Personnel in-charge of School and National examinations, to provide support during the examination period, by:-

a. patrolling to ensure conducive environment and school tone

b. perform escort duties

c. managing students at waiting area during oral examination

• Visual Merchandising: Oversee store presentation, ensuring it aligns with Lacoste’s brand guidelines, including product displays, store layout, and seasonal promotions.
• Inventory & Stock Management: Manage inventory levels, assist with stock replenishment, and ensure accurate stocktaking and organization.
• Operational Support: Assist with daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, staff scheduling, and maintaining store policies and procedures.

Supervisor needed for Interior General Contractor company

To control and manage work load and workers

To control the site situation and workers need

To manage the logistics and arrange day to day operation

The site supervisor's responsibilities include ordering building supplies, scheduling equipment maintenance as needed, and training new construction employees.

• Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
• Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
• Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.
• Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
• Handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol.
• Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.
• Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
• Analyzing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.
• Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.

Site Supervisor

Working Location: Islandwide (depends on site project, Company provide lorry)

Office Location: Kaki Bukit

Working Days: 6-days work week (off 4 days a month)

Working hours : 8am-7pm

Salary : $3000 - $3800

Responsibilities:

Purchase material

Monitor the progress of the site

Arrange & Organize work schedule

Do not have to go to the office in the morning- directly to the site, need to bring workers to site.
