As a Stewarding Supervisor, you will be tasked to:

Direct and assist Stewards in order to make clean up more efficient. Ensure water temperature, and chemical levels are appropriate for cleaning and documented. Assist with Banquet plate-ups. Assist cooks and kitchen associates with various tasks as needed. Provide cooks with needed items. Support banquet and buffet by transporting and ensuring adequate stock. Major Duties & Responsibilities

(A) Specific :

• Supervise and manage project (R&R / NRP) works.
• Liaise and co-ordinate with Clients, Consultants and Vendors on all project matters.

Job Requirements

(A) Education, Qualifications & Special Training :

• Diploma or Nitec in Building / Certificate in Civil & Structural Engineering or related field.

(B) Knowledge & Skills :

• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
