• Coordinate reservation requests directly with customers and with Guest Experience Supervisor.

• To generate revenue while maximising existing revenue streams utilizing our active database.

• Assist the Events and Sales Manager with related duties as assigned.

• Always maintaining high grooming standards and professional appearance.

• Communicates guest’s comments to the Guest Relations Managers.

• Actively seek feedback from guests to identify areas of improvement.

• Communicates with management, Guest Relations Team & Service Team to rectify all customer needs, comments, or incidents.

• Responsible for the general upkeep of the restaurant/clubs and facilities, to ensure all VIPs and guests are being always provided the best experience.

• Identify VIP bookings and ensure that they are flagged to the operations team so that special requests and arrangements can be made by the relevant person.

• Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma holder.

• 1 year of work experience in Hospitality, F&B, Customer Service preferred.

• Good oral and written communication skills must be fluent and literate in English for communication with stakeholders, bilingual experience preferred.

• Ability to maintain a calm composure with difficult customer interactions and customer disputes.

• Experience in managing reservations

• Open to working in a dining lounge / club environment

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and directing construction project to completion stage
• Monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
• Coordinate and direct workers and subcontractors
• Select tools, materials, equipment and track inventory
• Meet contractual conditions of performance
• Review the work progress and prepare internal and external reports
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
• Develop, coordinate and review on project design and construction risks;
• Work with Construction Manager and Design Manager to prepare a comprehensive risk register;
• Responsible to implement hazard identification and risk management methodology in carrying out the works safely;
• Support in planning the major detail construction methods, sequences and identifying/assessing the risk and hazard;
• Reviewing the performance of the construction works, including any hazard or risk that may arise.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Civil and Structural Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a similar capacity in the Construction industry
• Comprehensive understanding of the contract documents (drawings and specifications), phasing plans, construction sequencing and project schedule
• Well-experienced in LTA/PUB projects
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• A team player with good communication skills
