Main Responsibilities

• Prepare and facilitate design drawings using BIM and CAD technologies for building
• construction.
• Liaise and coordinate with main contractor and other trades for cross-team support on BIM
• software.
• Ensure all models are compatible and BIM data are made available to all project participants.
• Collaborate within design team and other relevant departments to ensure all drawings are in
• order as per design requirements.
• Any other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Architectural / Civil Engineering or equivalent
• 2-3 years of related work experience in similar capacity for construction and architecture
• projects
• Proficient in MS Office, Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD software
• Knowledge of DGN, DWF, IFC and MicroStation
• Knowledge of native formats of BIM authoring or BIM related applications for design reviews environment

Responsibilities:

• Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of interim office at Eunos and oversee the upcoming new FFLC premise’s operation in HSS.
• To work independently and as part of a team to execute MSF’s endorsed FFLC suite of programmes and services such as evidence-based/informed Marriage and Parenting programmes such as Triple P Level 2,3 & 4, Signposts, Purposeful Play, Topical Talks,e-PREP,etc.
• To work closely with Head to ensure quality service delivery to meet MSF’s target key performance indicators.
• To ensure evaluations and feedbacks are regularly reviewed and highlighted during team meetings for achievement of MSF’s service targets and continuous improvement of services.
• To upkeep administrative documentation needed by the programmes for monthly reporting and annual data verification process.
• As representatives, to uphold the values of MWS and the profession through speech, behavior and the written word.
• To undertake research through focused group discussions, online surveys and evaluation forms collation and analysis to develop MWS brand of FFLC programmes and services based on the needs of the service users within HSS region.
• To develop relevant broad-based parenting programmes such as topical talks to cater to the needs of the schools within specific clusters such as parent support groups on regular basis.
• To support and supervise the work of the SWAs/PCs in carrying out their respective duties, roles and responsibilities.
• To network and facilitate proper referrals and link up for service users who would need additional services to address family issues to ensure proper wrap-around care intervention and development of a nurturing care ecosystem within HSS region.
• Undertake any other duties assigned by the Head of FFLC & Group Director – Family Services

Qualifications:

• Minimum GCE ‘’O’’ Level qualification
• Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling or Sociology or related disciplines and with 3-5 years of social service experience would be preferred.
• MSF Certified with experience in Family Life Education with school related exposure would be an added advantage

• Proficiency in delivering FFLC’s marriage and parenting programmes according to the prescribed MSF service model

• Due to the fact that this is a new initiative, to possess a level of maturity to be able to handle a work environment that is evolving

Technical Skills & Competencies

• Proficient in MS Office suites of software, in particular Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Outlook (including the related applications)
• Good communication and written skills
• Assessment of parenting abilities
• Good knowledge & understanding on the latest developments in both social and health sector in Singapore.

Leadership Competencies

• Must be a team player and able to supervise SWA/PC and work closely with pool of locum FLE facilitators
• Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm), may need to work on some weekends and evenings
