• Ensures the proper indexing, filing and storage of drawings in both hardcopy and electronic media;
• Manages and draws multiple projects drawings concurrently and accurately in time
• Prepares documents and transmittal form for submissions;
• Consults with key personnel in the project on necessary details in the preparation of drawings
• Studies drawings and other pertinent papers in preparation for drawings to specification.
• Ensures that all materials are detailed and accounted for in construction architectural drawings

• Liaise with Project Managers and Engineers for drawings and submission approval
• Any other duties as may be assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess relevant BIM modelling experience with AutoCad or relevant software

• A minimum of 3 year's experience in construction industry drafting is required.

• Good interpersonal, communication skills.

Job Descriptions

• Manage and Plan the maintenance services, schedules and improvement works for smooth operations of the buildings with Senior Management team.
• Tracking and monitoring the maintenance programs and schedules.
• Oversee the supervision of the buildings to ensure all systems (fire safety, landscaping, mechanical & electrical systems etc) are running smoothly and safely.
• Manage emergency and ad hoc repairs, breakdowns and trouble shooting. Providing technical support and advise the team and also act as the coordination point between the various subcontractors and/or Vendors.
• Ensure the Facilities Maintenance team and external contractors/vendors comply with ISO standards and regulations and safety guidelines.
• Coordinate and direct all administration of M&E works by liaising closely with consultants and client.
• Monitor building’s system breakdown, defects and shutdowns.
• Conduct and inspection to ensure property is well maintained.
• Prepare monthly reports for the management.
• Any other FM duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in related Facility Management or equivalent.
• Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management/Engineering / Building / Real Estate or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer skills.

· Construct 3D BIM models and work closely with project teams on drawing amendments and updates.

· Produce civil and architectural 3D model drawings, design works and calculations.

· Provide BIM modeling/CAD drafting and design support.

· Coordinate and manage BIM model, create Revit families and CAD blocks.

· Obtain work assignments of either specific design elements or CAD drafting from project managers and engineers.

· Ensure the completion of BIM projects in accordance to project requirements and in compliance with authorities’ guidelines.

· Review all work for completeness and accuracy.

· Manage workflows, processes and implementation of BIM projects.
