Job Responsibilities:

• Take charge of all coordination works of civil & structural, architectural & SWCs, interface [civil/structural, architectural and E&M installation]
• Lead meetings and coordination with SWC contractors.
• Review design submissions to ensure they comply with design codes and contractual requirements.
• Managing interfaces for the design and construction of tunneling projects includes TFP/TOP/ design and approval process.
• Coordinate with various government/utility agencies for initial site clearance.
• Coordinate design and construction matters (Civil, Architectural, M&E) with consultants and specialist contractors to obtain approval of design submissions.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering and/or relevant field
• Full understanding of the design and approval process as well as BCA TFP/TOP process.
• Relevant experience in LTA projects preferred
