• Build a comprehensive data analytics platform that provides valuable insights into customer behaviour, sales trends, and operational performance, driving data-driven decision-making across the organization

• Support international expansion by adapting the platform to new regional requirements, identifying localization needs, and driving product development that aligns with diverse market conditions

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field is preferred
• Proven experience in product management, particularly in building data analytics platforms, enhancing digital products, and driving operational automation
• Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to define product requirements and ensure successful implementation
• Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills with the ability to balance business goals, user needs, and technical constraints

Your day to day

voco Orchard Singapore is seeking a passionate and dynamic individual to join the team as a Catering Sales Manager (Corporate). As Catering Sales Manager (Corporate), you will drive business through direct sales solicitation for the corporate segment and support overall catering revenue for the hotel.

FINANCIAL RETURNS

• Manage banquets / events functions to achieve the optimum departmental revenue targets
• Follow up on potential sales leads
• Design and plan meeting and function packages to maxamise the conversions and profitability for the hotel.
• Negotiate and review events packages offered to clients
• Represent the hotel in sales blitz, roadshows and events as required
• Produce monthly sales-related reports and sales forecasts for assigned area of responsibility.

What we need from you

• Possess at least a Diploma in Marketing/Tourism/Hospitality Management/Travel or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years catering sales experience required, preferably in a hotel.
• Suitable candidates with lesser experience will be considered for the Assistant Manager position.
• May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office
• Must be able to work independently and simultaneously manage multiple tasks

Who We Need
