ABOUT THE ROLE

The Corporate Sales Manager (LED) is responsible for driving the growth and profitability of the LED product portfolio by identifying and securing quality suppliers, establishing competitive pricing structures, and expanding the company’s sales ecosystem. This role involves strategic planning, market analysis, and the development of marketing initiatives to achieve sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Supplier and Product Management: Identify and secure partnerships with high-quality LED product suppliers. Negotiate and lock down product prices to maintain competitive advantages Ensure supplier agreements aligns with company objectives and comply with quality standards
2. Sales Ecosystem Development: Identify and build a comprehensive sales ecosystem encompassing suppliers, marketing and strategy teams, and post-sales technical support. Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute impactful campaigns. Develop and implement strategies
3. Revenue Diversification: Design parallel income streams to complement the primary sales effort, including content creation services and maintenance contracts. Explore innovative business opportunities to expand sales and increase revenue streams.
4. Market Research and Analysis: Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify new business opportunities. Provide insights and reports to guide product and sales strategies. Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the LED market.
5. Marketing and Business Development: Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns to boost customer engagement and brand visibility. Build and maintain strong partnerships with key customers and stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS

Educational Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in corporate sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the LED or electronics industry.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in supplier negotiation and price management.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
• Excellent analytical skills for market research and trend analysis.
• Proficiency in developing marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify specific business opportunities while ensuring new transactions and credit renewals align with the Braanch's credit risk acceptance criteria.
• Develop a relationship management strategy to deepen, maintain, or exit client relationships.
• Prepare concise and timely credit proposals/renewals, highlighting major risks and mitigation strategies.
• Conduct KYC for new customers and perform periodic reviews for existing customers in compliance with bank-wide requirements.
• Assist in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Countering Financing of Terrorism (CFT) procedures.
• Monitor credit risk of outstanding exposures, promptly adjusting obligor credit ratings as needed.
• Maintain continuous communication with customers and prospects, monitoring relevant industries.
• Proactively manage deteriorating credits and identify cross-sell opportunities to maximize business returns.
• Identify potential cross-border business collaborations with overseas branches.
• Conduct regular marketing visits and submit detailed call reports.
• Undertake any additional responsibilities as required by the Department, aligned with business needs, internal policies, and procedures.
• Fulfill any assignments from supervisors or Management as necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Economics, or related disciplines from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a relevant role as a large corporate relationship manager.
• Good credit report writing skill is required for this position.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders across multiple departments effectively.
• Proactive, energetic, results-oriented, and possess strong business acumen.

You are responsible for the corporate profile and branding of the hospital. You will be part of the Corporate Communications team to create strong brand awareness of our hospital in line with the Thye Hua Kwan group. RESPONSIBILITIES

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or related discipline
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in corporate communications or public relations
• Those with experience in healthcare industry would have an added advantage
• Strong command of English and Mandarin to facilitate writing, presentation and translation work with Mandarin speaking associates
• Experienced in media relations with strong media contacts
