Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle Full Set of Accounts.

Reporting directly to the Senior Finance Manager, the candidate will assume responsibility for all areas of financial and management accounting. This will include monthly closing of accounts, preparation of audit schedules, variance analysis, filing of GST returns & income tax filing and payment processing. The candidate will also be involved in administrative duties as below.

Main Duties/Responsibilities

Financial & Management Accounting functions:

· Perform month end closing activities and prepare monthly financial statements

· Perform variance analysis on income and expenses, balance sheet and cash flow

· Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual Group Reporting Package for submission to both shareholders

· Timely preparation of year-end statutory financial statements

· Liaise with auditors on yearly audit and any special transactions

· Manage Accounts Payable aging

· Process and issue payments to contractors and vendors

· Prepare monthly cash flow forecast

· Prepare intercompany billings

· Enforce finance policies and procedures

· Prepare and file income tax returns

· Prepare and file GST Returns

Admin functions:

· Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office

· Manage office supplies & equipment and liaising with vendors and service providers, ensuring an efficient and well-organized office environment

· Processing of office-related invoices

· Assist in organizing company events, meetings and conferences

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent professional qualification in Finance/Accountancy

2. At least 4 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in a MNC environment.

3. Knowledge of basic Microsoft Office skills required and must be proficient in MS Excel.

4. Candidate should be meticulous and possess an analytical mind.

5. Must be able to work independently and takes initiative.

6. Candidates with experience using SAP or other ERP system (eg., Oracle) will be preferred.

1. Responsible for managing Accounts Receivables (AR) & Management Information System (MIS).

2. Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations related to Accounts Receivable and MIS.

3. Conduct a monthly review of AR accounts with other teams.

4. Ensure accurate and timely updates of receipts into system for OPs to review AR outstanding.

5. Liaise with customer and bank where necessary.

6. Identify improvement in work processes to keep up with changing business needs.

7. Responsible for Monthly/Year-end financial closing reporting and ensure all reporting/schedules are accurately and promptly prepared.

Additional Task:

1 Liaise with internal/ external Auditors for audit queries.

2. Ensure Standard Operating procedures and Knowledge Articles are up to date and properly documented.

3. Any other task as assigned.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist with accounting background to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in using the accounting system (SAP) to transact the procurement activities (e.g. create Purchase Order (PO), perform Goods Receipt Note (GRN)..). This role is essential in ensuring smooth procure-to-pay operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining accurate accounting records.

This is a 1 year contract role.

Main Duties/Responsibilities

Procurement Operations:

- Create and manage Purchase Orders (PO) in SAP based on approved procurement requests.

- Perform Goods Receipt Note (GRN) in SAP based on approved requests, ensuring that goods and services are received in accordance with POs.

- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate procurement activities.

- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies between POs, deliveries, and invoices.

- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, financial regulations, and internal controls.

- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, contracts, and related documentation in SAP.

- Work closely with the finance team to reconcile procurement-related transactions, ensuring accurate booking of costs in a timely manner.

- Prepare procurement reports and provide insights on the available data.

Requirements:
