Roles and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Fundraising Manager, the Partnerships and Engagement Executive is responsible for the sourcing and engagement of potential partners and donors for SUN-DAC, as well as coordination and management of events.

Key Responsibilities

· Source for and engage potential partners and donors.

· Work together with other departments to plan and carry out events and activities for partners, vendors, donors and beneficiaries, and any other stakeholders as needed.

· Support all fundraising administration including the preparation of proposals.

· Represent the organisation at external events, workshops and conferences to promote its mission, programmes and impact.

· Ensure compliance with prevailing regulatory requirements for fundraising activities.

Requirements

· Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field.

· Minimum one year’s experience in donor or partnership management in the social service sector or a related sector.

· Excellent communication, persuasion and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, attract and inspire support from diverse stakeholders.

· Excellent writing skills with the ability to co-develop compelling proposals

· Proficient in donor management software and Microsoft Office suite.

· Able to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review of commercial contracts, tender documents and other legal documents under the supervision of Legal Counsel.
• Assist in the provision of legal advice to internal stakeholders.
• Assist in the management of legal cases for the Group (including the drafting and issuance of letters of demand, reviewing of draft affidavits and submissions, organisation of documentary evidence, and execution of court documents as necessary).
• Assist to liaise with external counsel on strategy and cost, as well as briefs to internal stakeholders.

• Assist in the review of asset/corporate finance documents.
• Assist in the review and preparation of corporate nominee documents.
• Administrative matters relating to the execution of legal documents, filing of documents, monitoring of accruals and timely payment of invoices.
• Assist to liaise with auditors and their queries pertaining to the Group’s audit.
• Assisting in ad hoc project management.
• Assist with other departmental matters for the legal department.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Law or equivalent.
• Relevant working experience in the shipping or transport will be an advantage but is not essential.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn and apply knowledge.
• Good understanding of laws and regulations in Singapore or other common law jurisdiction.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• New product planning:

- Ideation: generate, develop, curate and prioritise ideas.

- Organise and define requirements based on market data and customer insights.

- Analyse industrial trends and do technology assessment.

- Evaluate scientific information to generate concepts for new product innovations; define product features.

- Define product competitive positioning and unique selling proposition (USP).

- Prepare and execute new product development (NPD) plan, ensuring processes occur within the

• New product development (NPD):

• New product introduction:

- Technical resource for Marketing, including providing technical brief or info sheet of product.

• Post-launch product management:
