Job Summary:

• Basic Salary: Up to $4500 + Variable Bonus
• Time: Monday - Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Promote and propose company’s chiller & equipment to building consultants and contractors.
• Responsible for developing long term customer relationships.
• Building close business relationship with customers especially key accounts.
• Maximizing account penetration and customer retention.
• Identify potential opportunities & develop solutions with existing & new customers.
• Update forecast timely into the system.
• Negotiates value, addresses resistance, and close the sales.
• Ensure all works carried out in accordance with the specified quality and EHS standards.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical engineering or its equivalent.
• 1-2 years in Engineering sales, experience in HVAC industry will be an added advantage.
• Customer driven with excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Candidates with the relevant education qualifications but no prior work experience is welcome to apply.

Job Summary

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of client accounts to ensure smooth client business integration and drive business growth of clients.

Job Responsibilities

Inventory Management

• Coordinate closely with logistics (DC) for incoming shipment tracking.
• Ensure inventory levels is within the contractual inventory holding target.
• Prompt review & action on the obsolesces to minimize the non-working inventory.
• Work closely with DC to monitor the excess storage charges and informed the affected Clients.
• Provide timely and proper instruction to Material Management team for inventory transfer, write off, block action.

Client Management

• Base on business contract, identify key service areas and KPIs. Translate into monthly KPI report for Operation Meetings.
• Align the KPI definition and targets with cross-functional team, namely CCC, DC, SCM, and Finance.
• Responsible to consolidate and understand the KPI matrix, and reason for failure to meet the KPI, if any.
• Conduct monthly operations review, or quarterly business review with key clients (including Operation stats, open issues, progress, etc.).
• Liaises with Clients on their requirements & assist to resolve daily problems encountered.
• Maintain high frequency of engagement with Clients to build effective and strong working relationships.
• Work with other cross-functional departments like DC, CCC and finance to ensure clients’ operational requirements are met.

Job Requirements

• Demonstrate basic understanding of clients' industry/business/products.
• Demonstrate basic client management and communication skills.
• Proven advanced numeracy and quantitative analysis.
• Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
• Demonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities especially in cross-country/-cultural interactions.
