• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and clients ensuring smooth operations and timely execution
• Assist in venue setup & teardown
• Assist in on-site operations including attendee management and registration
• Collaborate with internal operations & marketing team on event promotion strategies and materials
• Conducting survey and compile statistics
• Assist in other events operations and general administration

Requirements:

• Diploma in Events Management with at least 2 years relevant working experience
• Fresh graduates and those with some working experience in finance, electrical installations are also welcome
• Possess good interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• Willing to work beyond normal working hours and on rest day as and when required
• Willing to work within Ubi Crescent Vicinity
• Able to commence work within short notice.
