• Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry and processing invoices
• Reconcile bank statements and perform necessary financial reconciliations
• Support the preparation of monthly financial reports
• Assist in the processing of employee claims and expenses
• Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and records
• Provide support during audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role (experience in retail)
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software
• Proficient in English & preferably Mandarin as required to liaise with Mandarin speaking vendor
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
