【Job Description】
Creating policies and actions for sustainable and strategic growth
Development of a vision for Singapore as a sales country, Medium- to long-term management plan and growth strategy planning, planning and implementation of opening new stores, negotiations with external parties
Management duties
Reporting to parent company, participation in management meetings, annual budgeting, income and expenditure management, labor management, human resources development, team building
Manage multiple shops
Annual and monthly strategy planning and implementation, sales data analysis, inventory management, VM (Visual Management), customer service, customer relations
Action to increase customer awareness
Planning and implementation of events in Singapore and from the shop.
Distribution activities through social networking and other media, lectures at schools and speaking at internal and external events.
Planning and implementation of events at neighboring facilities
