RESPONSIBILITIES

• At least 8 years working experience in conceptual creative work and art-direction as a Senior Creative within a fashion advertising agency, brand, or creative environment.
• Strong creative vision and experience of business and digital performance channels - Digital Marketing, editorial, photography, multimedia driven.
• Demonstrable experience of leading and delivering a broad range of creative projects including brand campaigns, activations, moving image, design systems, events, digital, motion graphics, print, social campaigns.
• Hands on highly skilled motion designer able to create outstanding creative designs and assets for campaigns, traditional & digital marketing assets.
• Understanding of digital assets production at scale, post-production workflow & the technical requirements of digital marketing assets (Incl. video formats, email templates, quality etc.).
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Experience developing targeted creative across multiple markets.
• Possess technical skill set; including graphic design, typography, art direction, moving image and motion graphics animation, and use of Adobe Creative Suite.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities aligned to Pico’s broad service capabilities in events, exhibitions, retail, experiential marketing, content, and technology.
• Lead pitches and proposal development. Includes working with the relevant team and producers to pull together the required Specialist Services to develop the proposal.
• Competent in leading client’s strategies and to identify client’s needs and to create strategies to meet those needs.
• Grow the business both locally and regionally through a strategic account management approach and look to continuously improve the planning and execution of activities planned by our clients.
• Key responsibility is to establish and maintain relationships with identified clients, both new and existing. Hosting of regular POV meetings with the client to share insights and extend the value creation will be expected of you.
• Forge relationships with new clients and strengthen those with existing clients through the implementation of communication plans, thus creating strong visibility to the strategic support that is provided.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Min Diploma with at least 4 years of relevant working experience.
• Ability to effectively engage with professionals from client side, as well as understand, navigates, and manages complex, hierarchical corporate clients.
• Exposure on different types of projects such as events, multi-media, online, interactive, direct marketing and social media, etc.
• Ability to effectively manage project teams assembled from different business units within a large corporate agency.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the planning and implementation of the project from working with Creative, Research, and Development on materials to use, fabrication, installation and commissioning.
• Create and execute project work plans and implement the necessary changes to meet changing needs and requirements to achieve the project objectives.
• Define critical path, anticipating potential problems and propose appropriate solutions to overcome these problems effectively and efficiently.
• Manage project budget and cost management. Great sense in pricing strategy and cost structure.
• Track project deliverables using appropriate tools such as Microsoft Project.
• Review project progress and to communicate timely to the various stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma with at least 3-4 years of relevant experiences.
• Good knowledge in cost and quality control, resources planning and on-site operations.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, as you are the connection between client and team.
• Strong technical knowledge – able to read technical drawings and understand production requirements.
• Prior experience with planning and executing multi-faceted, complex integrated events (virtual, hybrid and physical) will be a bonus.
