Requirements

• Degree in business administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.
  • Preferably at-least 1-2 years of experience, open to fresh graduates with similar internship experience
  • Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Position Summary:

• The F&B Executive performs and directs overall restaurant management.
• Directs staff to ensure that food safety, product preparation, and cleanliness standards are maintained.
• Maintains standards of restaurant safety and security.
• Recruits staff and oversees training program.
• Responsible for inventory and money control systems - may establish inventory schedules.
• Responsible for local marketing initiatives - may contact prospective customers to promote sales.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Completes and posts the staff work schedules
2. Prepares & stocks products for all menu items
3. Makes & serves sandwiches, salads, wraps, breakfast items and other items on the menu
4. Prepares & bakes bread and cookies
5. Able to operate all core equipment, including the microwave and speed oven
6. Cleans & maintains all areas of the store including the dining area, the back area, the counters and all equipment/utensils used
7. Performs Point of Sales (POS) cashiering
8. Understands & adheres to all standard procedures, proper food handling, and all safety & hygiene practices
9. Receive stock delivery
10. Performs light paperwork such as filling out preparation forms
11. Assists Senior staff on shift as required
12. Other responsibilities as required by the business
