Job Description

Patient Care

1. Register patients in the CMS (clinic management system) after verifying the eligibility with government and corporate benefits.
2. Updating TPA benefits in CMS to ease post consult and payment process.
3. Assist the Doctor in minor surgical procedures
4. Perform minor procedures (e.g. ECG) and taking of patient’s vitals and to update in the CMS
5. Ensure that right medication, right dosing, right quantity and right administrative route is dispensed accurately to the right patient and explained to the patient meticulously.
6. Ensure that proper collection from each patient after considering Govt schemes/ Corporate benefits. Also, ensure opening balance of float cash is accurate
7. Assist patients in making follow up appointments and scheduling of visits

Clinic Care

1. Ensure that the clinic is in working order prior to start of clinic shift
2. Top up consumables in Doctor's/treatment room
3. Washing of medical devices and equipment’s and performing sterilization (eg. autoclave)
4. Follow up on administrative tasks, scanning and sending of documents (referrals, labs, radiology) into the patient files. Also, tracking and releasing of patient reports
5. Perform administrative duties such as daily fridge temperature recording, sharp box disposal etc.
6. General housekeeping of the clinic to keep the place a safe and inviting place.
7. Closing of shift, including tallying of daily takings against payment mode
8. Ensure all medical devices are in working order daily and alert the Clinical Director for maintainence.

Inventory and other Administrative tasks

1. Perform timely claims (e.g. HSG, CHAS, Medisave, TPA)
2. Liaise with vendors (e.g. laboratory and radiology) for collection of samples and receiving of reports.
3. Manage rosters for Clinic Executives and locum Doctors
4. Attending to inbound enquiries from patients via various channels (WhatsApp, phone, e-mails)
5. Ensure good practices are implemented for inventory management and conduct periodic inventory reconciliation
6. Support the Clinic Director with reports on operations

- Candidates with more years of relevant experience will be considered in Supervisory role

Job Description - Programme Executive/Manager (Seniors)

Reporting to the Executive Director, you are required to plan and co-ordinate the programmes and activities conducted for the seniors in the Active Aging & Befriending programmes.

General

• Understand, imbibe & promote C3 mission, vision and values

• Analyse, distil and identify needs in selected sector

• Define, plan and propose programmes to meet community needs

• Recruit, manage and engage volunteers for the senior's programmes

• Organise, run and review approved activities and events

Senior's Programmes

• Run Active Ageing programmes and Befriending Programmes

• Pioneer case management for selected seniors with more pressing needs

• Able to work and communicate effectively with volunteers, partners and stakeholders from different works of life

• Responsible to contribute to practical ideas for programmes

• Evaluate programmes and responsible for regular reporting of impact and KPIs

Other Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Oversight

• Oversee daily office operations, including supply management, company subscriptions, payment processing, and other day-to-day administrative needs.
• Develop and implement office policies by establishing procedures and standards that guide operational efficiency. This includes organising office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning clerical functions appropriately. • Devise and review individualised care plans for clients.
• Supervise a team of care coordinators in the provision of care to clients.
• Oversee the daily operations of care coordinators and advise on measures to ensure clients’ holistic well-being.
