1. Role Description

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of the inventory in the company. He/she will maintain optimal stock levels, ensure timely deliveries and uphold strict safety standards for handling hazardous materials.

2. Specific Responsibilities

4. Reporting and Data Management
5. Budget and Cost Control

3. Competencies

• Ensure accurate tracking of stock levels using warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Ensure the warehouse adheres to all safety protocols, particularly for handling hazardous products.
• Liaise with suppliers regarding deliveries, product quality, and stock discrepancies.
