About the Role

Customer Success is vital to our long-term profitability. We will not be successful unless our customers are receiving massive value from our services and continue to purchase on a recurring basis. Job Description

1. Policy implementation: Review and update policy on research security and collaborate with research units to implement related procedures and protocols.
2. Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments of research projects and facilities to identify potential security vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies through review of research agreements and related documents.
3. Training and Awareness: Develop awareness/training program for faculty, staff, and students on research security best practices, compliance requirements, and incident reporting procedures.

Qualifications

• Recognised degree in science or engineering discipline preferred;
