Job Scope:

- Support customer inquiries and troubleshoot complaints via various means (Emails/ Calls/ WA) in a timely manner
- Schedule arrangement for after sale servicing works & follow up through reminder calls or email
- Review the service/maintenance reports and verify all findings, risks and recommendations
- Respond to customer inquiries on repairs, spare parts, and other services
- Offering and sales of repairs, retrofits & spare parts
- Provide prices and prepare quotes for customers
- Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions / databases
- Proactively monitor customer’s orders and resolve issues before it becomes critical
- Work collaboratively with other internal departments to deliver customer’s request(s)
- Build, maintain good relationship with our customers to ensure high customer satisfaction

Role Overview:

As a Customer Success Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers' success and satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around face to face meeting and engagement with our customers. No prior knowledge or experience is required for this position; however, we are looking for individuals who possess strong interpersonal skills, bubblly personallity, excellent written communication skills, problem-solving abilities and initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement: Proactively reach out to customers to encourage their engagement with our system, guiding them through various processes, and promoting the value of our products and services.
2. Customer relations: Build a relationship with our clients to make sure their profetional needs are met.
3. Written Communication: Craft engaging and personalized emails to effectively communicate with our customers, addressing their needs, inquiries, and concerns. Ensure clarity, professionalism, and empathy in all written interactions.
4. Problem Solving: Demonstrate a keen problem-solving mindset to resolve customer issues promptly and effectively. Escalate complex problems to senior team members when necessary.
5. Initiative: Take initiative to identify opportunities for improvement in customer satisfaction and suggest innovative solutions to enhance our customer success strategies.
6. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights on customer needs, feedback, and product enhancements. Act as a bridge between customers and the company, providing valuable feedback to improve our offerings.
7. Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring that customer profiles and information are up-to-date in our CRM system.
