Responsibilities:

• Assist in scheduling of future appointments
• Registration of patients
• Assisting the doctors and nurses in basic medical care if needed
• Data entry of patient’s particulars into the hospital system
• Handling phone calls and enquires and providing information
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Min Nitec and above
• No need experience , Training Provided
• Able to commit for long term

Job Description

• Take temperatures and administer health screening questionnaire
• Data entry
• Attending to queries from patients & visitors
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirement:

• Anyone that can commit to the timing will do !

Working hours: On rotating roster of up to 6 days shift (will not exceed 44 hrs/wk)

Must be opened to all 4 timings , supervisor will roster , cannot choose

• AM shift – 9.15am to 2.15pm (5 hours, no break)
• PM shift – 3.15pm to 8.15pm (5 hours, no break)
• Full shift – 7.45am to 7.45pm (2 break time given)
• AM & PM shift - 9.15am to 8.15pm (1 hour break)
