Involves working with the customers to generate the 24 months rolling forecast with targeted accuracy and then ensuring that all orders are processed with accuracy and efficiency along while minimizing risks

Responsibilities:

• Support the country-level forecasting process and balance demand forecasts, sales plans, and customer orders.
• Prepare for and participate in the country-level SOP process.
• Review each incoming purchase order against agreed MOQs, prices, and delivery timelines.
• Initiate the "Order to Cash" cycle by issuing a corresponding PO to the supplier.
• Monitor the progress of orders throughout the cycle, taking a proactive role in identifying and resolving issues to achieve high fulfillment rates.
• Coordinate between the customer and the supplier to ensure the availability of shipping documents for import/export license applications and final shipments.
• Communicate ETAs, potential delays, and other issues impacting delivery timelines to customers.
• Close POs and book costs in the system upon delivery completion.
• Review and assess the feasibility of order change requests, and execute them by coordinating with all impacted parties.
• Manage, analyze, and reconcile purchase orders internally and externally.
• Generate customer invoices to facilitate shipments and payments.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field.
• Proficiency in Japanese is required for liaising with stakeholders in the Japan market.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems is a plus.

Job Description

You will answer and manage appointments calls and general enquiries from members of public and patients with high service quality and operational standards. You will also assist to answer calls and provide one-stop information and assistance to callers when required.

In addition, you will handle the feedback from patients and resolving service-related incidents, as well as enquiries such as the rates of consultations and medical package.

You will also liaise with other departments on the Call Centre Services and procedures, assist the Call Centre Supervisor in formulation and implementation of department process and procedures.

Perform other administrative duties which includes prepare and maintain staffs leave records, perform monthly staff performance audits and to update all relevant information and disseminate to staff accordingly.

Requirements

• Diploma in any discipline with at least 2 years of experience, preferably in Healthcare setting will be advantageous.
• Relevant experience in call centre is an added advantage
• Able to converse clearly and well
• Able to work alternate Saturdays
