The F&B Service Team Leader supports the Restaurant Manager to ensure the smooth service operations of the Restaurant. He/She is expected to WOW the guest through his/her delivery of exceptional service.

Our Expectations:

• Conduct rollcalls before start of operations to brief Associates on job assignments.
• Resolve guests' complaints
• Lead and supervise a team of F&B Service Ambassador which includes ensuring that the team adheres to grooming standards and delivers service according to the hotel standards.
• Supervise the table set-up and inspects to ensure adherence to service quality and hygiene standards.
• Check and inspect all Restaurant facilities and equipment on a regular basis and report any repair and maintenance.
• Perform end day closing and prepare reports
• Comply with all relevant Workplace Safety & Health practices and maintains a safe workplace for all Associates.
• Ensure that the Hotel’s properties and facilities are protected and are kept in good working condition.
• Reports any loss or damage to the Hotel’s properties and facilities promptly and appropriately.
