• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in our CRM system.
• Assist customers in understanding and utilizing software features and updates effectively.
• Collaborate with the teams to address and resolve complex technical issues.
• Develop and update user guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting documents for customer self-service.

• Proven experience in IT support, customer service, or a related field.
• Proficiency with software troubleshooting and support tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
