In this role, you will support the CEO, store managers, and project managers in optimizing, designing, and refining our customer experience. A minimum commitment of three shifts a week is required, including weekends. Our work location is at 215 Bedok North St 1, #02-85, S460215, a short walk from Bedok MRT.

Key Responsibilities:

• During the on-job training, you will be required to learn how to operate the business in order to better understand the customer's pathway and experience. You will be required to do operations from time-to-time, in order to develop a better understanding of how to improve the experience.
• Assist the CEO, Store Managers, and Project Managers, to conceptualise and devise ideas which can be used to enhance the experience for our customers. You will be required to create documentation, proposals, research and data, in order to substantiate your findings.

Requirements:

1.    To perform Data Analysis and Reporting

• Analyse and generate reports of Asia Pacific data on Customer Backlog (CBL) 
• Work with Sales Logistics Customer Interface Team to ensure data quality and track the progress of CBL
