• Position : Customer Service Officer (Must be from PCB/ Electronics/ Semicon Industry)
• Location : Marymount
• Working hours : 5 days a week; Mon-Fri 8.30am -6pm (Currently WFH every WEDNESDAY)
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4500 + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Duration : Perm

Main Responsibilities:

• Monitor Customer’s order processing and closure.
• Generate Weekly and Monthly Report using MS Excel.
• Check on WIP of PCB to ensure all orders are taken and progress in time. Must monitor closely of the WIP in order to have clear information providing to Sales Personnel or Customer at all time.
• Follow up and receive Customer’s PO before sending to Thai Factory
• Ensure all ETA/Delivery Date are met as per Customer’s request.
• Liaise Customer Window User in Thai Factory on the PCB Status.
• Develop good working relationship with Customer and Thai Factory Personnel to achieve objectives within timescales.
• Provide Sales Support on administration work to your Sales Personnel.

Requirements:

• Preferably at least 1 years experience as Customer Service Officer in PCB/Electronics/Semicon industry
• Min 'O' Level or Diploma holder
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates

Responsibilities:

• Provide patients and visitors with direction and assist with their enquiries/requests at the Concierge counter
• Ensure smooth traffic flow at the lobby and at the driveway
• Ensure admitting patients are sent to the room as soon as possible
• Ensure discharging patients are fetched as soon as possible and coordinate limousine pick-up
• Liaise with florist and other departments for the offering of fruits/flowers gift/arrangement
• Make specialist referral appointments for walk-ins

Requirements:

• Min A Levels
• Customer Service exprience would be an advantage

Outbound Call Associate

• Proactive contact and engage customers to gather critical information through survey activities

Special Knowledge or Skills:
• Pleasant disposition with good communication skills
• Fluency in a second language
• Computer literate and good typing skills
