Position Overview:

The role of the Visual Merchandising Manager is to ensure the quality and maintain the consistency of visual merchandising across the Hermes Singapore boutiques. The position requires an ability to merge commercial and aesthetic concerns in the improvement of the boutique's appearance, the elevation of the client's shopping experience, and the development of strategic merchandising plans to further the growth of the boutique. The Visual Merchandising Manager will work strategically with the Retail Merchandising Director, Store Managers, Communications Team, and Operations Team to execute visual merchandising initiatives to drive and maximize sales potential. Main Responsibilities:

Visual Merchandising

• Execute In-store Visual Merchandising as per VM guidelines
• Planning: Monthly VM schedule based on store performance, MOS, Incentive programs, and Calendar events
