· Strong knowledge of Moody's Risk Analytics tools.
· 3–6 years of experience in platform engineering, technical support, or related roles.
· Hands-on experience with BMC and Control-M for monitoring and scheduling tasks.
· Advanced SQL skills for query writing, optimization, and troubleshooting.
· Experience in providing 24x7 technical support for mission-critical platforms.
· Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices for incident, problem, and change management.
· Detail-oriented and proactive approach to maintaining platform reliability.
