- At least ten (10) years relevant experience in civil construction, rail and bearing replacement projects

- Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the PE Board

- Continuously on Site and devote himself full-time to the Project

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve overall targets.
• Monitor and analyze sales activity and identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create effective sales campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
• Provide exceptional customer service to promote customer loyalty and retention.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with key clients.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Present sales reports to upper management and make recommendations for improvement.

• Able to accept 6 days work per week (Rest day will fall on weekdays)
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficient in e-commerce (Lazada, Shopee, website)

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager, IT Service Operation with over 5 years of experience in managing Large scale IT service operations (>60 IT Support Engineers). The ideal candidate must hold at least an ITIL Foundation certification and demonstrate expertise in project management, service delivery, and IT support functions. Familiarity with educational technology (edutech) and experience working in a defence environment are highly desirable.

• Lead and manage IT service desk projects from initiation to closure.

Qualities We Value
