Timing: Mon-Fri 12.30pm to 7pm

Job scope:
1. 4pm to 5.30pm is intensive academic time, where teachers are provided syllabus and answer sheet to mark and go through with a group of up to 15 students
2. Other than that, supervise and guide students on homework, spelling and 听写
3. Checking of school bag for homework
4. Giving out of food and fetching of students from nearby schools
5. Simple curation of materials based on materials provided and AI (Will be trained)
6. Ensure the safety and wellbeing of the students.

Min Requirements
1. A level graduate or Dip Graduate
Present Diploma Students may also apply but there would be a selection process.
2. Relevant working experience would be helpful but not necessary

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design training packages and conduct training for research staff
• Plan lessons/coaching sessions, instructional design, and assessment activities
• Establish metrics to measure the success and impact of training programs and workshops.
• Organize in-person and online coaching and training sessions
• Prototype new approaches in teaching and learning, anchored on evidence-informed practices
• Led and assisted in the design, development, and implementation of post-graduate educational activities, programs, and courses related to early childhood development

The candidate should also possess:

• At least 6 years of relevant work experience
• Prior experience in educational approaches and training courses at the undergraduate/ graduate level will be advantageous;
• Experience in curriculum design and evaluation will be advantageous
• Experienced in adult training/coaching
• Willingness to travel to various regions in Singapore for on-site coaching/training and, where necessary, a willingness to work an adjusted schedule for any training conducted outside of regular office hours.

● Present lessons in a comprehensive manner and use visual/audio means to facilitate learning

● Provide individualized instruction to each student by promoting interactive learning
