• Tertiary qualification in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
• A registered M&E RTO with IES.

• Able to travel to China occassionally to supervise fabrication works in th factory.
• Able to start work immediately.

Your normal place of work shall be at a facility served by Allied Kinsmen Environmental Services Pte Ltd. In addition, you will need to:

i. Supervise and direct supervisors and trainers including the daily allocation of duties/ general direction and checking of work throughout the day.

Work Hours

As our Customer Service Officer, you'll enjoy a 5-day work week, including a weekend. Here's what your typical week looks like:

• Weekdays: 12.30pm to 9.30pm (inclusive of one-hour meal break)
• Saturday or Sunday: 8.30am to 6.30pm (inclusive of one-hour meal break)
• You'll also get one weekday off and one weekend off each week
• Engaging 2-hours (+/-) team meeting weekly, to brainstorm and collaborate.

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' levels qualifications
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in customer service-related roles, preferably within enrichment centres
• Proficient in MacBook and G-Suite applications (e.g., Drive, Gmail, Docs, and Sheets)
• Strong communication skills in English (both spoken and written) with keen attention to detail
• Demonstrates effective and efficient customer service abilities

Job Description:

• Perform assurance on key activities undertaken by PFS (Personal financial services) to ensure compliance/ adherence with internal controls and regulatory requirements
• Conduct periodic review in accordance to the regulatory requirement under the Financial Advisory Industry Review (FAIR) Balanced Scorecard.
• Report findings, recommend corrective actions and prepare trend analysis for management review
• Ensure that the reviewing & testing performed is in compliance with the regulatory requirements
• Undertake ad-hoc projects related to business / regulatory controls
• Assist in any admin and projects as assigned
