We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Digital Marketing and Partnership Executive to manage our digital marketing efforts and provide partnership support to our revenue team in order to elevate our brand, foster audience engagement and expand our reach. This role will require you to execute and optimize digital marketing strategies across various social media channels, specifically focusing on Asia and Greater China, while also supporting our revenue team in executing sales strategics and nurturing partnerships across Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Content Creation: Develop compelling and engaging content for a variety of social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, Line, and LinkedIn, to build brand awareness and drive engagement.
2. Social Media Management: Monitor, manage, and respond to comments and messages across all social media channels, engaging with followers to strengthen online communities, amplify our brand message, and increase our reach.
3. Brand Consistency: Collaborate with the creative and content teams to ensure that all social media content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains consistency across all platforms.
4. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimizing future campaigns.
5. Trend Awareness: Stay informed on the latest social media trends, platform algorithms, and best practices, integrating these insights into our digital marketing strategies.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Language, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences, with a proven track record of creating engaging social media content
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Proficiency in Chinese language is required for social media content creation and management to connect with our target audiences in Greater China and Southeast Asia
• A genuine interest in English, Japanese anime, and Korean content will be beneficial in connecting with our target audiences
• Experience with Photoshop, video editing, and content creation tools, along with a creative mindset and an eye for design

As a GST Assistant Manager, you will oversee and manage Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance, ensuring timely and accurate filings in accordance with regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will include preparing and reviewing GST returns, reconciling tax data, addressing audits and notices, and advising on GST implications for business transactions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with financial and legal standards while staying updated on evolving tax laws. Authorities and Responsibilities

1. Responsible for providing directives for the Quality Assurance Department in meeting management objectives.
2. Formulate, implement and evaluate quality strategies programs for the company.
3. Implement and maintain a system of auditing the facility and periodic calibration of test, measuring equipment and tools.
4. Manage customer complaints, corrective and preventive action programs.
5. Administer and manage continuous improvement program for all QA processes.
6. Work closely with auditors, customers, production and suppliers to meet the quality requirements.
7. Manage sub-contractors for on-time supply of treatment process, as well as meeting technical requirement.
8. Review / prepare, administer and implement Quality Assurance Plans, Inspection Test Plans and other Operational procedures in accordance to the technical specifications, customer's surveillance requirements, and good manufacturing / engineering practices, and enforce the same on Operations in their execution.

The Quality Assurance Manager plays a crucial role in business by ensuring that products meet certain standards of quality. Job Description

1. Manage daily leave & attendance via time software, including leave type entry, entitlement, application, certificate collection & approval and daily employee’s attendance.
2. Processing monthly payroll for designated job sites including processing new hires, terminations, transfers, and promotions.
3. Reviewing and verifying source documents as well as investigating and correcting payroll discrepancies.
4. Ensure timely & accurate submissions in all government and related claims, e.g., levy Wavier, Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave, NS makeup claims, income tax (IR21) matters etc.
5. Provide advice, information and support to department managers and employees on HR policy and Leave Balance, etc.
6. Maintain & regularly update the master database (personal file, personal database) of each employee.
