Work Type: 3+9 Month Contract

Salary: Up to $ 4,100 per month

What you will be working on?

• Supporting the division on General Admin, Onboarding and HR matters, including account creation, managing email lists and groups, knowledge management and e-filing matters.
• Supporting the division on basic Finance and Procurement matters, including managing corporate transport accounts, verification of invoices, general admin, and basic procurement matters.
• Supporting the division for Meetings, Events and Engagement sessions with partners and stakeholders, including general admin, scheduling, logistics, and procurement of venue and refreshments.
• Personal Assistant to Coordinating Director, to assist with managing the Director’s schedule and arranging meetings.

What are we looking for?

• Singaporean only
• Minimum Diploma in any discipline with relevant experience.
• Relevant skills and experience in general administrative work, scheduling and coordination, and support for events (admin, logistics, operations support).
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
