Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Project Director, he/she is responsible for the successful completion of a project, specialising only in lighting deliverables.
• Ensure all paperwork and material submissions are verified, well presented and submitted timely.
• Strong co-ordination and good people management skills, being able to communicate effectively verbally and written, with all relevant stake holders such as consultants, architects, designers, electrical contractors, end-users, relevant authorities and suppliers.
• Overall management of the project with respect to contractual obligations, budgets, and internal resources to ensure project is successfully completed.
• Lead project team on the implementation and execution of works necessary to complete the project.
• Enjoy working in a non-conforming environment where new challenges might suffice and have the ability to problem solve in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Provide timely updates to management on project status.
• Attend site meetings for all projects including concerns during project DLP.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years’ relevant work experience in lighting/electrical engineering.
• Experience in lighting industry is advantageous.
• Knowledge in Autocad, Dialux, Relux software is advantageous.
