• Conduct performance reviews for maintenance technicians and engineering staff.
• Maintain and improve workplace safety and housekeeping standards.
• Evaluate and train staff to stay updated with best engineering practices.
• Ensure timely submission of overtime records.
• Prepare process documentation and quality plans.
• Analyze data and make recommendations for operational improvements.
• Ensure staff are trained, equipped, and motivated for effective maintenance programs.
• Communicate regularly with production and maintenance teams.
• Assist in hiring production personnel.
• Maintain and update operating manuals and training materials.
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Willingness to work after hours and during non-working days.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Knowledge of ISO standards is a plus.

Education:

• Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Electrical, Mechanical, or Engineering discipline.

Approval Limits:

• Approve manufacturing instructions, purchase order requisitions, overtime and leave applications, recruitment for supervisor level and below, and performance appraisals for supervisor level and below.
