1. Role Description

• Provide excellent client service and ensure deliverables timelines are met.
• Responsible for billings, fee negotiations and recovery for each client engagement.
• Provide work and leave cover for other members of the team.

2. Specific Responsibilities/Competencies

Technical Skills:

• Understanding of accounting services/process
• Understanding of the Customers eg SME, sole proprietorships etc
• Understanding of accounting systems eg ABSS
• Undertstandng of corporate services sales eg accounting, taxation, secretarial etc

Competencies:

• Able to understand and act in a professional manner and perform assignment according to Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Able to handle full accounting
• Able to complete Customer Acceptance Form (CAF) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD).

• Able to automate work processes and workflow
• Good people, interpersonal & communications skills
• Proactive, motivated individual and able to work independently

3. At least 3 years of accounting experience.

Complete a variety of creative, organizational and leadership tasks to ensure a kitchen runs optimally and patrons’ meals are satisfactory

1. Direct and participate in the preparation and serving of meals

2. Prepare innovative recipes to delight and whet the appetite of patrons, visitors and guests

3. Develop new unique and cuisine-appropriate menus while improvising the existing ones

4. Collaborate with Restaurant Manager to set item prices

5. Stay current on developing trends in the restaurant industry

6. Maintain the kitchen and surrounding areas in conditions that meet the company standards and health code regulations.

7. Inspect galley and equipment for cleanliness; and oversee proper storage and preparation of food

8. Monitor and support other cooking staff in preparing culinary dishes and meals

9. Adhere to quality in preparing recipes and meals

10. Develop and initiate cost-cutting ideas without sacrificing the quality and tastes of the dishes

11. Hiring, training and supervising kitchen staff

12. Maintain and manage kitchen expenses, food cost, inventory and staffing within the budgetary limits

Main job responsibilities include:

This role will be working on 5-day work week arrangement (Monday to Friday) 830am to 6pm.

He/She will be reporting to Operations Manager.

A successful Community / Engagement Executive, your primary responsibilities will include:

At the reception -

• You will be the first point of contact for all visitors to the Working Capitol (TWC) and other spaces you may be assigned to.
• Provide excellent customer service and be a representative of TWC at the reception.
• Attend to enquiries at the reception and provide solutions for members enquires.
• Have excellent product knowledge on all sales products, to provide the highest level of customer service to all guests and members looking to purchase any products.

Members Experiences -

• Ensure pleasant experience is reflected in every possible interactive touchpoint.
• Conduct walk-through to ensure the facilities standards of the community hub are met.
• Support all members’ journey, from creating accounts and access cards to sending member announcements.
• Assisting in inventory management for the entry hub.
• Receives and sorting of mails and deliveries.
• Assist and provide general day to day administrative support.

Events coordination –

• Assisting our Community Lead in the planning and execution of events, community programme, collabs and activations initiatives.
• Amplify the communication of the events to members and visitors.
• Assist in the on-site event logistics and preparation matters.

Operations –

• Working alongside with facilities and Operations team to provide excellent operating procedure, company standards and service execution to meet member needs and business goals.
• Assisting with keeping track of the outstanding facilities issues in the system for operations and facilities team members.

The ideal candidate for this role:

We are looking for someone with experience in hospitality management or retail industry. He/she will need to:

• You have an entrepreneurial spirit, with out-of-the-box thinking to create solutions.
• You have at least 2 years of experience in front desk or hospitality experience.
• Good communications skill and able to work with a small team.

• Assist with the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 and 13485 standards, and in compliance with the H.S.A GDP Guidelines.

Job Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma in Pharmacy, Life Sciences or relevant fields.
• Possess at least 2 years of pharmaceutical science work experience (or prior Life Science internship experience) is preferable .
• Experience with ISO 13485 standards is an advantage.
• Knowledge of GMP and/ or GDP guidelines is an advantage.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Work well independently/with minimal supervision and with others in a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel
• Candidate needs to be based in Singapore.
