Position : Senior Executive/Assistant Manager(Legal)

Job responsibilities:

• Assist in the organisation of quarterly Board meetings. This may include the procurement of meeting venues and refreshments, preparation of meeting related materials and other logistics related to the Board meetings.

• Assist in the management of Board members including the on and off-boarding of Board members, coordination of attendance, etc.

• Be responsible for the timely documentation of work completed.

• Organise and assist in the Records and Knowledge management activities which may include meetings, reports generation, activity tracking etc.

• Any other tasks/projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree, trained in any discipline. Maximum $4,700, salary will commensurate with experience.

• Fresh graduates welcomed to apply, some or up to two year working experience will be advantageous

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the day-to-day operational management
• Effective instruction and management of sites supervisors/cleaners to ensure delivery of daily operations covering required areas
• Coordinate, assign and manage tasks/works given
• Plan and deliver schedules for more specific needs such as periodic cleaning timetable, utilising available manpower and equipment
• Oversee the servicing and maintenance of cleaning equipment
• Other ad-hoc duties/projects assigned

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Facilities Management or other discipline
• At least 2years’ experience in cleaning, facilities services/management industries, hotels, commercials etc
