Job Scope

• Handling key customer account
• Manage daily operational activities - accident claims
• Inspection of returned vehicles and make assessment of damages for close rental assessment
• Resolve vehicle, accident, breakdown issues with customers
• Manage operation and maintenance of motor vehicles
• Manage periodic servicing schedule, LTA inspection compliance, AVP and reporting
• Manage fleet management budget (negotiation of repair pricing with authorized workshop)
• Develop and implement vehicle and equipment preventative maintenance

Requirements

• O Level / Diploma holder
• Min. 1 - 3 years of experience in customer care (automotive/fleet/vehicles)
• Class 3 license

Roles and Responsibilities

Pre-handover Inspection

· Conduct pre-handover visual inspection of units.

· Liaise with main contractor on rectification of identified defects.

· Monitor rectification of identified defects by the main contractor and report to client when rectification is complete.

· Preparation of handover kits which includes (without limitation) packing the keys into the key pouch and accessories, etc to be handed over to owners.

Handing over of units to Purchasers/Authorised Representative

· Conduct the handover process with the Owners of units at the Property and get the Owners to acknowledge receipt of all the items handed over.

· Accompany the Owners to the respective unit(s) and brief them on the usage of essential items.

· Be the point of contact to provide customer service and assistance to Owners after handover.

· Maintain and update unit’s handover report.

Defects Management during Defects Liability Period

· To liaise and coordinate defects related matters between the Owners and Main Contractor.

· To arrange for a joint inspection with the Owners upon receipt of defects via Defects Management System.

· Monitor and track the defect rectifications based on the agreed time frame with the Owners.

· Inspect unit after rectification and follow up with the Owners to sign off the defect.

· Develop a logbook for control of keys / access cards / pin codes for access to units during defects rectification.

• Analyse data on Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) performance, conditions and practices.
• Carry our WSH compliance inspections.
• Clarify WSH program mme requirements to employees of other departments.
• Coach team members on how to conduct routine checks on work activities.
• Conduct WSH incident and accident investigations.
• Conduct document reviews of Workplace Safety and Health
• Management System (WSHMS) reports.
• Coordinate Emergency Preparedness and Response Plan (EPRP) drills and the maintenance of emergency response equipment.
• Coordinate WSH programme initiatives.
• Develop and deliver safety briefings.
• Evaluate WSH non-compliance, unsafe work conditions and practices to identify WSH performance gaps.
• Evaluate impact of health hazards to employees’ safety and prioritise issues based on severity.
• Highlight barriers in complying with WSH policy and procedure.
• Identify areas for improvement in WSHMS.
• Implement Emergency Preparedness and Response Plan (EPRP) and communicate it to stakeholders.
• Implement Workplace Safety and Health Management (SWHMS) and Risk Management (RM) plans within scope of own work.
• Maintain WSHMS documentation.
• Monitor the implementation progress measures to address root cause of incident.
• Review investigation findings to identify causes of incidents and accidents.
• Support Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policy and procedure implementation.

Candidate Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma specialized in Environmental/Health/Safety or equivalent.
• At least 8 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Must be registered WSHO.
• Well-Versed In WSH Act and requirements.
• Possess good working attitude
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet tight deadline
• Able to work in project site in Tuas South area.
