The Challenges:

• Serve as the single point of contact for Airfreight Import
• Manage internal and external customers for import shipment movements
• Proactively follow up on urgent shipments
• Liaise effectively with various stakeholders (Warehouse, Operations, Billing, Sales)
• Ensure customers’ expectations are met and documented in SOPs
• Conduct regular business reviews with customers (MBR or QBR)
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by Immediate Superior
• Handle end-to-end processes, including follow-up on discrepancies
• Follow up with customers on billing disputes

What it Takes:

• At least 2 -3 years relevant working experience as import / export customer service or officer
• A good command of English - Able to communicate verbal and written
• Basic Microsoft Skills like Word / Excel
• Good working attitude
• Able to work with different levels of stakeholders
• Able to work on Saturday

• Working experience of Singapore regulatory landscape and expectations needed. Familiarity with regulations and guidance in an AML, Financial crime Compliance role
