Key Responsibilities

• Improve the existing design of survey interfaces and development of new data collection methods
• Scripting of survey questionnaires with logic implementation
• Studying of surveying software and development of new scripts
• Processing of research data using software with syntaxes and codes
• Design quantitative sampling based on client requirements
• Monitor quantitative fieldwork and adhering to project schedules/deadlines
• Perform coding of open-ended (free text response) answers where required
• Quality check and audit survey implementation to ensure accuracy of results
• Create highly actionable and digestible reports in PowerPoint

Requirements

• Degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Business, Science, Computing, or any numerical fields
• Familiarity with Python will be an advantage
• Basic competency in SPSS, R, data visualization tools preferred
• Knowledge in any survey software an added advantage
• Minimum 1 year experience from Market Research industry

• Timely review of ad-hoc escalated review

• Communicate with relevant business line and other functional units to provide AML and transaction monitoring advisory

• Ensure timely escalation of alerts

• Contribute and maintain Key Risk Indicators

Job Requirements:
